We ship most in-stock merchandise within 1 business day of receiving your order!  Shipments placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Certain heavy or oversized items may have an added Oversize Handling Fee. Shipping promotions are not applicable on Oversize Handling Fees and Motor Freight Deliveries.

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days.

Express Service
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in 4 business days after it ships from our distribution center or we'll promptly refund both your regular shipping charges and the cost of our Express Service. This service applies to orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lbs. for delivery in the contiguous U.S. Call 1.800.448.3883 x4792, 9:00am-4:00pm EST Monday-Friday for rates on expedited orders over 20 lbs., international deliveries, or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.

Store Pick-Up
Items are available to be picked up in the Winterthur Museum Stores located at 5105 Kennett Pike, Winterthur, DE. If this option is selected you will receive an email within 1 business day, giving you directions on when and where to pick up your order. Your credit card will be charged once the order is ready to be picked up. You will be asked to present a copy of the order and/or valid id to verify the items being picked up.

Oversize Handling Fee
Some furniture, rugs, lamps, and other large items are bulky, and/or heavy, these items require special attention and a oversize handling fee. This charge is in addition to the regular shipping and handling and will appear during the checkout process. It is not applicable to any shipping promotion.

Motor Freight Shipping
Some of our large or heavy items are shipped via a motor freight carrier. You will not be charged for shipping at the time of purchase but will be notified within 1 business day of the shipping charge. The shipping fees are based on the size, availability and location. Carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Standard freight delivery policy provides only curbside delivery. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your merchandise is delivered. Additional delivery charges may be incurred if you require the driver's assistance. The carrier will require that you accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the delivery if you discover any damage.

White Glove Delivery
Our premium service, noted in the copy of selected furniture pieces, includes delivery to the room you specify, where the piece is unboxed and all packing materials are taken away. The service is included in the additional shipping cost of these items. White Glove Delivery is not available outside the contiguous United States.
