In 1935, Queen Elizabeth's grandfather, George V celebrated his Silver Jubilee. In honor of the occasion, he gave each of his granddaughters a pearl necklace. Elizabeth, 9, received a three strand necklace of perfectly chosen pearls. Margaret, 5, received a 2 strand version. Assembled in USA from imported materials.
