Winterthur Cherry Almond Scone

• Scone mix
• 1 cup whipping cream (or 1/2 cup whipping cream and 1/2 cup butter)

Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl combine scone mix with whipping cream. Gently mix until sticky ball forms. Turn onto the floured cutting board, knead 10 times. Pat into circle 1 inch thick, cut into 10 large (or 20 small) wedges. Place on baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes, until lightly brown. Serve with butter, jam or curd.
